BE HAPPY Tea with St. John's Wort, Vervain, and Skullcap 40g (1.41oz) - an Uplifting, Caffeine Free Herbal Tea

I love this tea! Not only does this tea have a delicious flavor but also a beautiful floral scent and taste, but it truly helps me with my severe and chronic anxiety. I take pretty strong anxiety meds, but it has not been providing the relief I need any more, I have found to my relief that by taking two products by Herb Pharm and several cups of this wonderful tea it is helping me with my over the top anxiety that I have been experiencing. Please don't ever stop making this wonderful tea. Not only do I get relief from drinking it, but my husband and myself find it so delightfully pleasing in taste, and so very comforting and relaxing. I love the different herbs that have been chosen for this tea, they are just what I would have wanted. St. John's wort and Chamomile are both soothing herbs to nerves. The Passionflower, Vervain and Skullcap are all exceptional relaxing nerve tonic herbs that also help with headache which I struggle with daily. Lemon balm is also a nerve tonic and it tastes delicious, and Oats are a superior tonic herb that help with stress, anxiety and depression, and can be used for overall health and vitality, and for convalescing after illness. I am so happy to have found this tea - along with my other two herbal compounds, I have at least temporarily found some real relief from my unbearable anxiety symptoms.

I really wasn’t expecting much benefit from just drinking tea, but this has really helped elevate my mood over time. I moved a while back and have been feeling pretty isolated and home sick recently staying home with my baby and toddler. Drinking this tea regularly for a little over a month has really helped me feel less overwhelmed for sure. I had taken an SSRI years ago but it wasn’t for me, so I wanted to try something more natural and less intense. I like that the tea just has slowly made me feel less stressed and just more easy going and happy again. I’ll definitely be ordering more when this runs out. Also, bonus, the flavor is really good! That definitely helps me drink it regularly.

Excellent tea. This tea when boiled comes out so clean and clear yellow in it's color and it is very effective in calming you down. I am so glad I found this tea blend. I make a ice tea with the blend and It taste awesome. This is one of the best teas I have ever taken. I take this tea in the mourning so I can have a great sense of well being through the day. It’s amazing, really does clear my head and boosts my mood to help me focus and use my energy better.. The flavor is really good 2 I’ve had anxiety issues all my life honestly. Even with my prescription meds I still had issues. Someone gave my wife and I this to try and we both absolutely love it.. It really has calmed us down a bit... it’s not a cure, but it is very helpful...

This tea has a nice refreshing flavor

In the top 5 best teas I’ve ever had in my life. Very sweet floral scent and taste without actually being sweet. Not your typical floral scent and taste but just... amazing. I don’t know how true the mood lifting is since I’m not an anxious person anyways, but at the least your mood will be lifted from having a magnificent tea.

Taste is ok...needs something to make it taste better

A nice tea for the evening, has a light delicious flavour and a calming affect. Good after a tough day, especially just before bed.
