Good salad
Great pasta, great price, we eat a lot of pasta salad in the warm months. Add a few chopped olives, maybe a sprinkle of onion powder, roasted red pepper and 1/2 cucumber finely chopped. Oil and vinegar. So delicious

If it came in all types of noodle...
Good multi use noodle, great mac & cheese, noodle salad, alfredo, soups ect.... What I like is that it's a cheap source of veggie noodle (annnd you can taste the veg part!) . Seriously, look at the price of spinach noodles.

I purchased these for a friend that has a lot of mouths to feed because it's easy to send shelf stable stuff. These tri color pastas are a fav and I tell myself they are a little healthier. Cooks up easily and quick. 16 12 oz boxes for what I considered a fair price delivered. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.
