310 Core Sliders
Like how easy they are to use on the carpet. I bought these because the paper plates I was using don't last long. My trainer sent video workouts using gliders or paper plates. In my opinion they work great on the carpet. Never tried them on the hardwood floor.The price was good for my budget.

Easy to use
I needed an easy to use with a good range of motion core slider and this does the job perfectly. Overall I gave it a 5, the only thing I wish they were just a little larger otherwise they worked great both on hardwood floor and carpet. I highly recommend them.

Covid Workout for home
I use the product on my rug, would've given it 5 stars if I had carpet. They tend to heat up and the movement slows down- or I may just weigh too much. I'm around 240 lbs at 5'10", powerlifter/wanna-be-bodybuilder type body. Since I had no access to free weights been concentrating on body weight. A nice addition to my home/garage gym.
