Will this stick in the corner of the bathtub?

Yes! We have it for two years attached in the corner of the bathtub. Once in a while, one of the four suction cups gets lose because the kids pull on the whole whale, but it easily reattaches. It has never fallen.

Is this ventilated enough for toys to dry?

It is. However the suction cups don’t stick to the wall (my review on that part wasn’t posted)

Is this product pvc free?

The suction cups on this item are made of phthalate free PVC.

Can I change the suction cups for command hooks?? Wasn’t sure if there are loops or if they are sewn on
