This scorer saves your mental acuity in favor of lining up your shops in lieu of performing mathematics on the fly, or keeping track on an application on a mobile device. When you start it, you are gifted with a hilarious guitar riff. The scorer itself works easily without even consulting the manual, and mounts to a surface even easier. The display is bright, vivid, and loud (with variable sound options). Just make sure your mates know not to put their finger through the membrane of the buttons. A few of the buttons on my unit have cracked, but are still 100% functional. Highly recommend this device for anyone who would prefer not to pass their mobile device around to keep score.

What a great darts score keeper! You do need to read through the manual to get to know how to interpret the screen codes for each game. Comes with a nice wall bracket for your dartboard wall, but is removable so you can take it with you to the pub. Very readable from the oche, and love that it does the math for you, freeing me up to enjoy my pints of ale on Friday night after a long week at the firm. My biggest complaint is the computer player - it almost always throws a bullseye or double bullseye, or both on the first 3 darts it "throws". Then it just misses until you start closing things off, then it will hit triples like Andy Taylor or Fallon Sherrock. Another humorous quirk is the unit seems to say "Secker Play" rather than "Second Payer"...

I've used my scoreboard tons since August and it starting having an error code. That said, customer service was terrific and sent us another. Tons of games offered and 1-8 players. My only recommendation is for it to be a little bigger to allow old eyes better visibility..

This was smaller than we anticipated. It works okay, but it's nothing exceptional. In my opinion, this is one of those products where you get what you pay for. If you're looking for something basic, it gets the job done, but don't expect premium quality or performance.

Good idea, poor realization. Though hard to expect better for the price. Do not recommend. Takes fun from the game and adds frustration. 1. When mounted, still wobbly on the flat wall 2. Scores for cricket 20-15 & B are displayed bottom to top vs standard 20 on top, 15 & B on the bottom - need to get used to this if still decide to buy 3. For Cricket score indicators are big but too close to each other making it harder to read, especially combined with above. 4. Need to push too many buttons to enter scores. For Cricket - got to use the x2,x3 buttons instead of simply pushing the score desired amount of times. For 301, 501 games also have to enter each dart instead of simply punching in total score of a shot. 5. Biggest disappointment - 'Correct' button works only for very last dart entry. When all three darts are entered and 1st is incorrect or when forgetting to switch player during game and enter score for wrong player # have to manually re-enter the whole game from start. After a couple games switched back to chalk board.

This unit is a great replacement for chalkboard/dry erase board/pen and paper. You can play many games with many people and it keeps the score for you. You can throw away the calculator, it's not needed!

Great product

Been using this unit for 2 months now and we use it most days for our daily 'dart game' fix. It took a bit of time to learn the basics, like how to turn the sound off, but overall we've been really happy with it. I've been using rechargeable batteries on it so I've already had to replace them once, but no issues so far as others have reported. The buttons require firm pushes to register, but it does show how many darts were entered (1 to 3) and the last number. Showing multi player scores can be confusing at times, but simply cycling through 'next player' button clarifies all the scores displayed. You can advance to the next player anytime... you don't have to enter 3 darts. Overall we're happy with the purchase

Looks cool but unfortunately the one that we received did not work. The packaging looked fine, but when we opened the box, put in the AA batteries (not included) the device lit up in red with an error code and also made a strange noise. The buttons felt like they were in the down position and we couldn’t get it to work despite our efforts. Too bad because it looked cool and might have been fun. On the positive, it was a no hassle return and the carrier picked it up from our place and a refund was given as soon as Amazon confirmed receipt.
