Seachem Malawi/Victoria Buffer 300gram

This was a game changer for my African tank. Normal water changes and longevity of the tank reduce the amount of needed nutrients that the fish need. I noticed my fish becoming lazy and slow so I did some research. This product along with "Cichlid Trace" changed the whole environment in my tank. My fish are now active, breeding and happy again! So happy to find this at such a good price! Use during water changes and with Cichlid Trace.

This stuff works awesome even if i add a little more than im suppose too on accident the ph is still 8.4 so im happy with this product and my water stays constant 8.0-8.4 which is perfect.

I use this on every water change to buffer the water in my mbuna African cichlid tank to raise the general hardness.

It is as advertised.

I like this buffer to keep my tank level. It works great, and is a great value. I know some people use plain salts, etc...but I prefer this!

This stuff is awesome. I tracked my pH and KH before and after adding 1 TSP at a time and now I've got it dialed in and know exactly how much to add to adjust the chemistry from anywhere. FWIW, 1 TSP raises my 75 gallon tank 1 dKH.

Great product! Seachems buffers helps my water stay stable! Without it my pH would drop down below 6.0 and that’s when the beneficial bacteria will start to die off.The only issue I had is that the item came in late and came in opened in the package. Amazon’s customer service was GREAT in helping me get a replacement product!
