I got queen size pillows, which I usually never buy because honestly, they’re too big for me. I have a full-size bed and I just don’t need a gigantic pillow, but in this case, I did buy them because I have queen size top shelf, linen pillowcases. Here is my experience with them so far in the three months I have owned them.. Mine are not flat, not at all. They puffed up right away after I let him sit for an hour or so they were at their max and they are huge, the loft is so high on these I can’t sleep on them, but it’s not the pillow’s fault it’s supposed to be that way they’re puffy pillows.! unfortunately for me, I have Physical issues due to medical issues which leaves me needing more of a lower loft pillow. Therefore, the comfort level on these are not so great for me as far as laying down on them and I am a side sleeper. Honestly, it’s kind of a bummer because I do like these pillow. LOL! They are soft, yet somehow the firmness is solid. I know that sounds contradictory, but it’s really true. They’re soft. I guess to the touch. They’re not soft in support. There is no cooling aspect to these pillows. As far as I’m concerned they’re a little warm, but I have nice linen pillowcases in therefore they stay very comfortable. I’m giving these five stars because everything they stated about the pillow in the product description and all that is correct in my experience. I really should measure the loft, but just when I say that the loft is too high for me just that’s my experience. I need a lower loft and these are too high and therefore in my neck and my shoulder is very uncomfortable with it. It’s not the pillow’s fault though. Anyway, if you like a high loft pillow and you get lucky in the selection, you’ll get a good pillow that you like, but I could tell you that the quality of these are in fact very good and I appreciate that they are as stated they would be. I don’t like to share my camera access on this app, but I probably will post a picture at some point.

The major decision the potential buyer needs to make is whether or not a shredded memory foam pillow is for them. If the answer is yes, then I can heartily endorse this product. When you compare this offering (in my case, two king size pillows for fifty bucks and change, pre-tax) to other major manufacturers, this is one of the most generous offerings available. Though at this early date I can't yet comment on durability, the outer, removable pillowcase appears very nicely made, including the nylon zipper, which operates smoothly thus far. The shredded memory foam is fresh and clean, without any visible contaminants. One of course will need to allow the foam to " air out", so that the inherent synthetic odor dissipates. What sets this pillow apart from the competition , in my opinion, is the exceedingly generous amount of shredded memory foam supplied, coupled with the ability to open the inner case and add or remove memory foam as desired. After allowing a few hours of time for expansion, it becomes evident that each pillow has arrived "stuffed to the gills" with shredded memory foam. There is, in addition, an extra bag of supplemental memory foam sent with each pillow. The option to add or remove memory foam is exceedingly important, because different people will require different degrees of loft, to supply a particular degree of support and positioning of head and cervical spine, for maximum comfort. As an example, in my own case, I have historically used a very thin, very hard pillow, because of a propensity for bulging cervical disks and consequent nerve root irritation. Particularly when lying supine (on my back), thick puffy pillows have historically elevated my head excessively, causing a flattening of the normal lordotic curve of the cervical spine, resulting in nerve root irritation, and next-day neck and shoulder pain. However, although a hard thin pillow has been helpful for me in that regard, it has been somewhat uncomfortable otherwise. I initially tried the pillow as delivered, filled to the brim with memory foam. Although very plush and initially comfortable, it had the aforementioned adverse effect on my head/neck position, with resulting pain in my neck. After removing a significant amount of shredded memory foam, I was able to shape the pillow for the exact configuration I needed (in my case, a prominent "pocket" of memory foam right beneath my neck, with a much thinner amount behind my head). As mentioned in my opening sentence above, the first decision to be made is whether or not a shredded memory foam pillow is right for you. If it is, then you will find an enormous latitude in ability to personalize this particular pillow, which I highly recommend.

I ordered these pillows to replace some that we purchased locally that were short lived and went flat. When these arrived, like people mention, then arrived vacuum sealed. I let them expand, and then threw them in the dryer for a bit to puff up some more. I didn’t experience any of the odors that people mention, but then again, I am not sensitive to most smells. The pillows expanded and were big and plush. My wife and I then removed some of the stuffing from our respective pillows. That night we gave them a test. Upon waking up in the morning we both decided to remove a little more stuffing which we did. Since then my wife has been sleeping excellent with her pillow. Not a single complaint! I on the other hand have just been battling to find some comfort. I’ve removed, added, removed again, added again, and just can’t seem to find the perfect pillow. There have been nights where I’m just tired so I don’t wake up due to discomfort, but when I do wake up I have a slight neck ache. At the time of writing this review it’s 05:26AM and I’m awake with a ponding headache which feels like it stemmed from a neck ache originally. Sad to say, but these pillows just aren’t for me. It seems good for a night at most, and after that leaves me with a lot of discomfort. For me wife though; they seem great. If you’re reading my long-winded review and are on the fence, my advice would be to try these. They work for most, but aren’t for everyone.

These pillows are a pleasant surprise. They are so comfortable and do not flatten out. Highly recommend.

I really love these King Size pillows. I don’t like pillows where my head sinks too far and feels like it’s drowning, and these are perfect. They’re stuffed to the max with tiny memory foam pieces that gently support your head. Your head sinks slightly, then stops comfortably. The firmness is fully adjustable. I had to remove some foam to get my ideal feel, but it’s better to have too much than too little. Extras are included in the box if you need to add more. The process of adjusting can be a little messy, but once you get it right, the pillow is perfect. Unlike my old memory foam pillow, which had large chunks and felt lumpy, these pillows offer smooth, consistent support.

I bought pillows from this brand 5 years ago and it was a lot better quality then. Unfortunately, this new version is a lot less filled, has worse fabric quality, and poor stitch work. I contacted the seller and was informed that the pillows are different due to "material and structural updates," but it seems like cost cutting measures since all these "updates" negatively impact the quality of the pillow. It's still better than the average department store pillow, but nowhere near the quality of back then :(

Good quality, so far they’ve stayed super fluffy and haven’t gotten flat at all. They hold form without being stiff and hard when you lie on them.

These are not firm by any stretch of the imagination. I don't think you could achieve any level of firmness even if you were to stack four on top of each other. I let them expand for 24 hours. Still, holding one in the center on each side causes it to just flop over, as if it's being folded in half. These are a scant step above those awful shredded foam abominations that force you to chase the particles around all nite in a vain attempt to keep some padding under your head. If you like super soft pillows that bunches easily, these are for you. I'll stick with my worn out one and keep looking for now. Back these go.

I have never in my life said a pillow is too firm and these pillow are exactly that in the best way possible. They mold to your head and neck for the best support and because the filling is adjustable and removable you can adjust it to your desired support level. I took some out and they’re absolutely perfect! I recommend these pillows to everyone. A solid 10/10 ! You need these !

It says that it's a firm pillow, that this pillow is like a hotel pillow. I found a stark difference in the feel of the pillow. I noticed the pillow was to soft, you sink into it. The pillow holds it's shape well but since it's softer than I thought i had to use both to be comfortable. It was not a good choice for me.

Switching to these pillows was a great choice. They keep shape and are very comfortable.

I needed these for pillow shams I had to use to dress the king bed. These are a great size and the stay upright and full as I wanted them to. The cover on they seem very lush and high quality.
