These are by far some of the best women's probiotic I have ever taken and I can absolutely see a difference. They were recommended to me by a lady who runs a group on Facebook for women who are dealing with reoccurring bacterial vaginosis .They have the important strains , L Reuteri and L crispatus. Plus others . These can be used vaginally as well as orally. It doesn't say it on the bottle ,but you can use them that way. The capsules are small and easy to manage and do dissolve quickly when using them internally. As with anything I would talk to my doctor but myself and many others have had no problems using them both ways. And they work! I know the price point is a little bit higher than a lot but they are worth it, as they work. So if you're on the fence due to the price point just know these do work and myself and many other women have had wonderful experiences with them!

I can’t say for sure that this helped me by itself. I also started jarrows lactoferrin at the same time. However my issues were resolved in one day. I will continue to repurchase both as that combination seems miraculously effective. No taste or side effects, small pills, definitely worth the price and you get 2 months worth of pills.

So far so good I have been taking these for almost 3 weeks and they have done wonders I haven’t had any symptoms down there even though I been having unprotected sex so that’s a plus. I will be purchasing again and I’m even thinking about subscribing.

These probiotics changed my vaginal microbiome!! I have been taking these probiotics for almost one month now, & I have not had another yeast infection or BV flare up happen since! I was SO prone to getting both BV and YI so much so that my doctors were struggling with how to treat it. Great probiotics I did see a change after about a month with consistent use

I used this for a group B strep protocol my Midwife gave me, and it worked wonderfully.

I have tried multiple creams, probiotics etc. and nothing seemed to work for me. I started taking these and after about 7 days, I felt the difference. Now I am basically healed, no problems ever since. Would highly recommend those, they are very effective.
