ROSSIE HOME Wood Lap Tray – Java Bamboo, Fits 15.6" Laptops

I bought these for use in the living room during meal times/snack times. The handles are really nice and sturdy, making using them super easy. Easily supports stonewear plates and cups and such! Cleaning them is really simple as well, just wipe down the top when you're done. If you need to clean the pillow just snap it apart from the tray with the buttons and give it a wash. These trays are much nicer to use than folding trays. Besides, folding trays take up a lot of space when you're not using them even when you fold them up and put them away. They're awkward to use and can easily get knocked over on accident. Honestly I had no idea these existed until last year when I bought them. It's so much nicer to just have your comfy pillow in your lap with your tray and eat anyway. It has a nicer feel. Cozy. On the other more crafty side. I like to make amigurumi and other yarn creations, and I find having this in my lap makes working on the couch really nice as I can have all my tools organized right there in my lap and not worry about losing tiny stitch markers into the couch or a tiny needle falling out of my case and sticking me later on down the road because it fell onto the couch cushions and bit me in my behind later XD This would also make a lovely laptop work station for people who often fly or like to work sitting up in bed late at night. Or for those late night readers who are maybe reading a heavy thick book that gets to be annoying to hold up when you're tired XD Anyway, It is totally worth the money. Once you get one you honestly will wonder why you didn't know about these sooner. These are super super cute as well. I don't mind having it sitting off to the side somewhere because it looks really nice :D SO GLAD I got these!

I use this when sitting in a recliner (not reclined) watching TV in an RV, but mainly to put my dinner on or on the seat next to me to hold some art supplies. I do not use it to hold a laptop and it wouldn't work (for me) but I could see perhaps someone else doing that. I may also use it on the opposite side of my bed for books, a CPAP, or who knows what? It has a nice lap pad that can be unsnapped and washed, and this makes a lovely serving tray if you want to use it that way. It has a higher fiddle around the back and sides (with handles) to keep items from falling off and a smaller fiddle in the front. I am impressed with the versatility of this lap tray and already have found many ways to use it. I am happy with this purchase.

Got this for an elderly patients birthday for her meals. She loves it. She had a standard bamboo breakfast tray but it was wonky and the legs weren't very dependable. This one is very nice looking and feels sturdy. She loves the bean bag type pad on the bottom. It makes it easier for her to sit it securely on her lap. The pad snaps into place and you can remove the cover on it to wash. One side has a raised lip and one side doesn't so it has more versatile uses. Would definitely order again. Highly recommend for the elderly.

Intended as a gift for my Dad (est. 1927), the idea of a tray with a built-in cushion was the perfect birthday gift that I knew was needed and would be used daily. After an exhaustive trawl online, and having read multiple reviews of so many alternative trays that didn’t live up to expectations, I came across this one and not only liked the excellent design, but noticed so many high-rated reviews. I ordered the Rossie Home tray in Acacia Wood. It arrived promptly (sooner than expected) and my Dad is totally delighted with it (telling anyone and everyone how good it is!). It is not only built from a beautifully finished solid wood, it is extremely well made and finished and has some useful design features that genuinely set this tray above the competition imo. It has handles either side, making the tray easy to move/carry. Also, one edge (that faces the user) is reducers in height, meaning it doesn’t get in the way if the tray is being used for dinners, etc. Overall, the tray has a bit of weight to it, but this just gives it stability and the (detachable) cushion moulds very well to the lap and means the tray can be levelled and will hold its position. Yes, it costs more than some of the competition, but ‘you get what you pay for’ and I cannot emphasise enough all the positives that go into making this tray a 10/10 and unequivocally worth buying.

I love the look of this lap desk! I got the darker wood toned one because it had a darker toned pillow. I didn't want to worry about every little mark. However, the cushion pillowcase is removable for washing. I mainly got this to use for beading, since it has a lip all of the way around. Works great. It's a little less comfortable as a computer desk, but still great since I am able to make jewelry with it. NOTE: I took one star off because the first time I ran my finger along the interior edge of the lip, just to show my husband, I got a small splinter. I really hope this doesn't happen again. The wood truly doesn't feel it should give you any splinters at all. With this being said, I still would repurchase.

Outstanding product! I love the fact that the table made out of bamboo. It's got handles and it's got a raised edge that comes around the whole thing. I love the attached pillow underneath and the beads that are used. It's the exact amount so it molds to my legs as I'm using it. It's very comfortable for eating my meals in front of the TV. I'm able to do my crafts with it as well. I highly would recommend it. The price was also wonderful compared to other sites that were charging upwards of three times more for the same exact product. Plus I've used TV trays with legs and it makes it better than TV trays cuz it's closer to you and because it does not have legs you don't have the issue you do with standard TV trays where you could accidentally bump the legs and spill your food onto the floor like I've done in the past. LoL

What a Gem!! Bought two. My mother lives in assisted living and loves to eat her meals while she watches her favorite shows. These TV Trays are incredibly well thought out. The tray edge is shaped taller in the back and thin up front making access a pleasure compared to others. The pillow on the bottom is filled with beads like a bean bag so it conforms to your lap, and if your thighs are a little sloped while sitting, it’s no problem, just tilt some more beads to the knee side and it’s level. The cushion is a high wear woven fabric that is spill and stain resistant treated, and in the event you make a mess you simply unsnap it from the bottom of the tray and clean it. Very light weight and the construction and woodworking is high quality and is properly sealed. These will last for many years. When not in use they stand on end next to the recliners leaned up against the end tables, completely out of the way. I also purchased two thin silicone baking sheets that fit perfectly inside and keeps everything from sliding around. The combination is perfect!!!

So happy with my purchase. I was looking for something stable I could put on my lap to do some crafting. This is it! I love the quality of the wood and cushion! I would say it isn’t cheesy and I will use it.

Super Qualität, wenn auch nicht ganz billig. Aber funktioniert für meinen Vater, der im Rollstuhl essen muss, sehr gut.

Bought two for my mum and she loved them so much she ordered another set for my grandparents. Now everyone in my family has a pair!

high quality - not often and I leave a positive Amazon review :D - but I just realised I've been using this nearly every day for four years including getting it a bit wet whilst wiping it down sometimes and it is still in one piece. Outstanding.

This bed tray has been a game-changer for me. It’s sturdy, well-built, and easy to use, making meals, reading, or working in bed much more comfortable. The adjustable height and angle are especially helpful for anyone with mobility issues, allowing me to position it exactly how I need. The tray is stable, easy to clean, and surprisingly spacious without being bulky. It’s also lightweight enough to move around easily but solid enough to hold plates, laptops, or books without wobbling. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs a reliable and versatile solution for bed use. I purchased it knowing I would be bed ridden after surgery, game changer.
