Studio C 72W x 30D Office Desk with Mobile File Cabinet in Storm Gray

The desk and file cabinet come in separate boxes. The desk comes disassembled. It was difficult to assemble given that it was only four large pieces along with some related hardware. The screws didn't seem to want to go in straight. The instructions were inefficient; I would do something in one step, then kind of undo it then redo it in the next. It also seemed to be made of cheap particle board with thin veneers. There's a small lip where the top meets the side. The lip is expected, but one side seems to be a bit longer than the other. I think this is caused by needing wide tolerances to compensate for their materials and design.The file cabinet came mostly assembled and seems like higher quality. My only knock is that the drawers don't seem to come out. So the instructions had fallen to the bottom. The only way I could get them out was to turn the cabinet over with the bottom drawer open, close it, then flip the cabinet back.

LOVE the desks however, there were missing parts, we ordered 6 of these desks, and one of them was missing the part that goes in the rough hole for the cords and one of the file cabinets was missing casters and hardware.

this is a beautiful desk, however the quality is not good and very disappointed. Would never order it again. If it wasnt all assembled i would have returned it immediately.

The promotional info says drawer fully extends but it doesn't say only one out of three fully extends. They saved a dollar and provided a less useful product.

I wanted a plain, solid desk with lots of "knee" space and some storage. This is working great. Very solid. Glad I paid to have the assembly done as it is very heavy. Service technician was fast and friendly.
