My first splurge purchase for kitchen knives and they are worth it. Sharp and convenient with the knife holder and it comes with a sharpening rod. Rust resistant and they work better than any knives I've bought before from Walmart or target.

I discovered these knives from watching America's Test Kitchen as they had done a review on chef's knives. I bought the knife that they had reviewed, the Victorinox Swiss Classic 8" Chef's Knife. It was all they said it was, I liked it so well I decided to replace my old knives with this set. I have been pleased with them, they are nice & sharp and a pleasure to work with. I find that I use the 6" utility the most and then the 8" chef after that. The bread knife is great as well, makes slicing bread simple. The only thing I didn't care for were the shears. While it is nice that they com apart for cleaning, they don't stay together well. They come apart a little too easily. The block is nice if like to keep your knives on the counter. I bought a bamboo knife drawer organizer from another retailer and like storing them that way. All in all I am pleased with the quality and performance of these knives, I would recommend them.

This is an awesome knife set! The blades are sharp and beautifully made! As a matter of fact, they are as sharp as they were when I purchased it because they resharpen so easily. I love the fact that it is dishwasher. Safe makes life so easy and the block has held up wonderfully as well.!

would prefer a ceramic sharpening rod. all knives are very sharp out of the box, love the serated ones but they are never the same once they become dull (that is after a lot of use)

If you are not used to cutting with sharp knives, be super careful when you first start to use these. They will cut you before you even know it. Take time to get to know them. I wish I still had my finger nail😔😭

All I can say is these knives are super sharp. I have never used knives that cut as effortless and smoothly as these. I wasn't sure I would like the handles, because I just felt like knives should have wood handles, but I find I like them. They make the knives really lightweight and easy to handle. The texture makes them kind of non-slip too. The only reason I took off a star is I bought a 12" slicing knife separately and the block is too short for the added knife and it sticks out off to the side awkwardly. The block should be designed to hold all their knives correctly. I've included a picture of the Swiss made stamp.

Super sharp knives. First knife set where I went above $100 and it did not disappoint. This set has the best combination where I also got scissors with many knives without steak knives. The handles could have used better plastic but they are robust, its the razor sharp edges that make them great.

The timber block DOES NOT appear to suit the supplied goods. The goods are fine. To fit items into the block however, two items need to be put into one slot; three times

The knives are fairly sharp but the knife holder and knife handles are low quality and cheaply made for the price. I was particularly turned off by the fact that each pocket in the holder is not fitted to the knife and pockets are typically much larger than knife allowing knives to move after they are stored. I was expecting a lot better at this price point.

Initially delighted with this product but 1 year later the paring knife blade broke clean off the handle. Expected more from this.
