This is the best pain relief cream . I have ever used. My massage therapist uses it so Ihad to get some. It lasts a long time and brings relief. It has a strong smell and is thick. This is not a negative but a positive. The size of the container lasts for a long time. Worth the money.

This Sombra pain relief cream feels amazing. Instant cooling on the skin with a slight warmth to it. Similar to icy hot but without the heat. It meets really good too. I first used this at physical therapy and immediately bought it before I left the office. I've purchased 2 since then. It obviously doesn't take the pain away, but it helps lessen the pain

The best working lower back pain relief I’ve used to far. I’m currently 27 weeks pregnant and it’s been a game changer . Lasts a very long time and love that it’s not sticky at all .. more like a wet lotion like feel. Very effective! Very reasonable priced ! Will definitely be buying again.

Cannot live with out Sombra. Instantly relaxes shoulders or helps pain. Use it nightly even if not pain for the soothing smell. When I’m sick I run on my neck glands. This also helps soothe cramps from women’s monthly friend. Plus, I always travel with this too. I recommend this to all of my friends and family. My acupuncturist got me started on this and I’ll never go back.

It does have a warming sensation and gives temporary pain relief. It is non-greasy and absorbes quickly. It's not too much of a strong smell for me; I like the smell. But my cat was put off by the scent and I can see where it might be a strong smell for people who are sensitive to scents or not used to this type of scent. It reminds me of Icy Hot. If the 2 oz jar was a couple dollars cheaper, I would say it's worth the price.

This is an awesome substitute to pain medication. I have suffered for years with lower back pain and have had little relief from prescribed medication. Sombra gives me relief quickly and last for a long time. I have recommended Sombra to a friend who also suffers with back pain and she too has found relief. I would recommend this product to anyone who suffers with pain.

Very good product to help with muscle aches and pains, originally introduced to this product by my Chiropractor in Missouri. Does have a slight medicinal smell for a little while but not objectionable.

Recommend by my massage therapist. It does heat up quickly & stays warm for quite awhile. You don't need much to achieve relief, if you use to much your skin burns for a bit.

This is a great cream for aching bones. A bit of a strong smell and be careful not to touch your eyes after applying! My massage therapist recommended this.

Although this product is expensive compared to other products in the same area, this one has worked for me the best. It smells good, it feels nice, and it works. I previously purchased an 8 oz. container of this stuff and I definitely prefer the pump (32 oz. version). 5 stars for a good product with no need to settle.

Great, but costly. Wanted to order more than one to save delivery charges but only one in stock. Use for arthritis.

This is a product of great worth. It just cures the severe pain and gives us a great relief. I was confused when my first bottle got over as it was given by my brother from US. Thanks to Amazon who made it possible. Keep up.:)
