Poor quality product and bad service
I am writing this review to warn others about my recent experience. I ordered three bottles of Monin syrup, but the package arrived in terrible condition. Every single bottle was completely shattered, and the syrup had leaked everywhere inside the box.To make matters worse, I reached out to customer support to request a return and an exchange, but my request was denied. I am now stuck with three broken, unusable bottles and have lost my money. The service has been completely unprofessional and unhelpful. Avoid ordering fragile items from this seller.
