Can I use this powder to mix with bentonite clay and activated charcoal and water to make a mask?

Yes. Adding Aloe Vera to the Bentonite + Charcoal mask will have a moisturizing effect on your skin. It is recommended.

Is this aloe vera powder ground to be very smooth?

Yes it is very finely ground. However, it will not dissolve in water or any other liquid since it is a pure leaf powder, not an extract.

How does this product differ from the 200x Gel Powder offered by the same company as this product seems to be much cheaper?

This is a whole leaf powder. The 200X gel powder is spray dried powder of Aloe Vera Gel only.

Can I use this to wash my face daily?

It will be helpful as a Face Pack or Hair Pack but it won't be useful as a Face Wash.
