Hi how much elemental magnesium is on each capsule please?

How much mg is in each capsule? I currently use a mag glycinate which is 4 capsules = 250mg.

It seems, that with all magnesium capsules, you have to look at the lower number, which represents Elemental Magnesium ie. The amount your body absorbs. This is why so many people complain about there not being thousands of mg of magnesium in one capsule. I'm just passing by, but from looking at the info on the label, the elemental mag per 3 capsules looks to be 301mg. That sounds correct too. After searching around for a mag supplement myself, the amount of elemental magnesium in each capsule, across the board, looks to be in the range of 100mg per capsule therefore, an average daily dose would be 2-3 capsules.
