I have 2 dell pe 410 servers,3 PCs, router and 2 switches - what size do I need ?

We have 5 PC workstations and one server. I have smaller APCs on each workstation and this large APC on the server, router and switches. The idea being that the data on the server is most critical and may need the most up time to save and close files when the power goes out. The individual workstations only need a few minutes of up time if the power fails and if your not using the PC at the moment of outage, there is no data that needs saving. If you try to run your whole office off one extremely large APC you'll be throwing money away.

I have tried to use SMT3000 with generator power and the SMT3000 burned up the power regulater. Generator and SMT3000 don't work together. It is something about the generator not having a good ground.
