OK - so, the item arrived a day earlier. The print quality is great and the 2 images cover the mug well as seen per images I've attached.The major disappointment though is that I ordered a THREE image collage but only 2 were printed on the mug. I would've accepted the 2 image collage if they were at least allocated nicely across the entire mug but they were placed as a 3 image collage and where the third image should've been has just been left blank, so the mug looks just awkward and I can't use it as a gift as it was intended.Surely when quality control was done, this would've been noticed, right?!I would've reached out to the seller directly but I failed to find any contact details for them, so hopefully this method will reach them.

Honestly fantastic product. Printed a picture for my dad for father's day, it arrived the very next day! Looks great quality. However I will update again once it's been used a few times.

I’ve never left a review before so that in itself shows how great these are! I ordered two for Father’s day for husband & father in-law and I’m just about to order another for my dad (he has enough mugs but I’m over the moon with how lovely and clear the picture is on the other 2 I just have to get him one too). The picture is really bright and clear and just looks so nice. The delivery was so quick as well which is an added bonus! Very happy customer, just hope the men like their prezzies! Thank you!

Chip on the bottom of the mug. I wanted to be fair to the company so tried to fine a way to contact them but could not fine direct contact details. Bottom line I loved to quality and thought it would only be fair if I might get a reduction on a second order but only choice was to return it. Bit disappointed with the chip. Will

Lovely gift idea - photo nicely placed on both sides of the mug and clear sharp image. Good quality mug - feels chunky and smooth rim. Extra bonus creme egg and tea bag in package! Lovely kind gesture during Easter lockdown x

Could of placed the photos abit better but the person who got it was happy but photos defo not spaced out properly! (nothing like the add pic says!) Could of emailed me and said pictures went good enough or need more pics! Not done with great care at all and for the price I expected more, there's alot if dead space which looks silly!
