Extemely heavy duty
Exactly what my husband needed for his compressor hose. It's important to know the size of the hose or you'll have to buy fittings to adapt. Very heavy duty. Worth the extra cost.

Plastic near manual crank has broken
For something that was $250 when purchased, I'd expect the plastic mechanism on the side to last longer than a year under very light use. Pulled out my station this year to wash my first car and the plastic mechanism that holds the spool in place has broken. Pretty disappointed in this. I am also struggling to find how I can get in contact with the seller on how I can get a replacement part.

Well built reel
Good reel. Clean factory blue paint out of threads before attaching hose. If using for a garden hose, buy a 3/4" garden hose adapter kit, It makes the install a lot easier. KCCO.
