The odour was extremely unpleasant and clearly indicated contamination or spoilage. This is not just a quality issue — it is a serious health and safety concern. As a consumer, we trust established brands to maintain basic hygiene and quality standards. Finding something like this inside a packaged beverage raises major questions about: • Manufacturing hygiene • Quality checks • Storage standards • Consumer safety This could have caused severe health consequences if consumed unknowingly. I immediately reported the issue, but such incidents should never occur in the first place. Food safety is non-negable. I strongly urge the brand and seller to investigate this matter seriously and ensure stricter quality control processes are implemented to prevent such hazardous lapses. Consumers deserve safe products — not unpleasant surprises inside sealed packs. Highly disappointed.
