Philip too full of himself
This film had no impact on me. It did not speak to the audience. He was too impersonal. I don't like to be lectured to. I prefer to be a part of the experience as opposed to how Philip addressed his audience.

Highly Recommended!
After renting and watching this video nightly during the rental period, I have now come back to buy it so I can continue to watch it. My only complaint is that I wish this was available in DVD format. Other than that little gripe, this is a really interesting and well-paced lecture about Philip's journey to his ideal weight and health through raw food. As someone currently doing an overhaul on my entire diet because of health and weight issues, it was nice to hear what I could expect to experience the closer I get to eating 100% raw food, and his lecture provided a nice little boost to stay on the path towards health.

Ended up being all about Mr McCluskeys history.Gave me no tools (information) that I could use. A big disappointment.

Philip needed to explain more his concept of Living Cuisine. More details are needed to understand what he is selling.

For $15 I got to listen to the guy talk about himself, instead of giving any type of useful instruction. Thanks for nothing!

This spoke to me!
I had always had a model perfect body before I had children, and now I'm overweight and have an abusive boyfriend who tell me how enormous I am. I've tried so many things to lose weight, but I give up when I feel I have messed up. I'm always seeking the perfect answer and give up when things don't seem to be working. He talks about following your own path and envisioning what you want. He doesn't prescribe a perfect diet or even his diet. He advises not to demand perfection from yourself. Very inspiring and a wonderful speech.

Meh...
Unfortunately this was poorly filmed. The background noise is icky. Also, I was hoping for some kind of demonstration...Nothing like that. I highly recommend Alyssa Cohen's DVD's since she talks about the benefits of this lifestyle along with demonstrations on various raw dishes and methods. This video just felt like a lecture.

Its a personal story about how Philip reversed his obesity. It's well worth watching to learn new ideas about raw foods lifestyle.
