Very easy to dye a couple of white polyester vests. Directions clear, it took about an hour to do the dying, straightforward. Good colour, deeper, darker than I'd expected, definitely olive, looks different in various lights. Because we don't have many winter whites this is a great way to avoid grey vests!

It was my own fault. I should have been more careful.in reading the blurb beforehand and was too excited that I finally found the correct colour to dye a white bonnet for a Halloween costume. It was polyester and this does work on polyester. Still I tried it and surely enough it didnt work except for the fabric label but it was the exact colour I wanted. Easy to use, used a steel pan instead of machine wash.

Very disappointed with this dye . I have used the machine dyes before which worked perfectly. But this product has not worked on my linen and cotton blend coral dress. It is patchy and a horrible browny green colour. Definitely not olive as stated on the pack. It was obviously messier to use than a machine dye and you have to keep stirring it . Even though I did everything according to the instructions it has not worked.. I will not be using this again.

I don't use fabric dye very often, but I'm very pleased with the result this time. Just the right colour, easy to use. Satisfied.

It doesn’t cover bleach marks used it as described and left it 3 days before I rinse it
