I rarely used this steamer, so I was shocked when it stopped working properly after such light use.The pump still makes noise as if it’s working, but no steam comes out at all. It simply doesn’t do the one job it was designed to do. I’ve checked everything, followed the instructions, and it still won’t produce steam.The design looks modern and stylish, but the quality is terrible. For a product in this price range, this is completely unacceptable. I expected it to last much longer than it did.I honestly cannot recommend this product. Save your money and buy a regular ironing board with a good steam iron instead. It will be more reliable, more practical, and give you much better results.Unfortunately, this turned out to be an expensive disappointment, and I would never buy it again.

Just got my steam iron/board. Took a bit to assemble. Instructions are of little help but YouTube videos make assembly doable. The process of upright steaming/ironing makes pressing clothes a breeze. I am so happy with my purchase. Best Buy of 2025. I disassembled for easy storage because my home has limited space. Really looking forward to less dry cleaning and quicker access to my wardrobe. I originally bought this steamer during the COVID‑19 pandemic, and I’m not even ashamed to admit it was so I could properly steam the outfits from my impressive collection of high‑end Black Barbie dolls. Since then, she has become the multitasking queen of my household. I use her to clean and sanitize pillows, upholstered furniture, and even my IKEA 10" memory foam mattress. I’ve also treated myself to the occasional steam facial—she’s that versatile.The miniature iron that doubles as the steam nozzle is incredibly handy, and I love how much water she holds. The ironing board that converts into a hanging rack is another thoughtful touch that makes steaming clothes so much easier. She may be a pricey girl, but she earns every penny.I bought her in 2020, and she’s still working like new in 2026. Rowenta for the win, I would buy her again!!!

I admit, I do like the steamer and the board. I don’t like having to hold the button constantly just for it to steam. The board is awkward to put together and the base is very heavy. It’s cumbersome to move. It does have a weird tilt to it, but it is nice to iron things on as well. I live in Las Vegas. The water is hard. I go through distilled water like crazy. Sometimes I do have to cheat at other water., but my steamer also did not last more than about 15 months. It started dripping, terrible brown stuff on my clothes. It would all of a sudden clog up and not steam and then I’ve tried to de-scale it several times and it’s just lots of junk in it the base is ruined. There’s no way to replace the base steamer model instead of having to buy a whole new apparatus. Overall, I would not spend several hundred dollars on this device again especially if I knew I had to keep replacing it. I would probably buy like $100 unit and just keep replacing them instead. I added pics of the junk that comes out of the steamer. Not good when it’s ruining your business attire. I would not trust trusted on anything light colored. Also the base just collects like white junk. I don’t know it looks nasty. I have to keep wiping it from the steam product even when it was functioning normally.

Sadly I only got a good 1 year out of this steamer. My son used it more than me. But it just completely stopped producing steam. Still comes on, when you press the trigger button, it sounds like it really wants to work, although the tank is full, it’s a no show for steam. I was a HUGE Rowenta fan, and swore by them. Our Rowenta iron is over 20 years old and still going.My mother has been sewing most of her 72 years and she has sworn by Rowenta. So when I went in search for a steamer of this size I looked for over a month. I read reviews and for some reason this one on Amazon has a bad rap. Well I’ve never personally owned a large steamer, but I’ve worked years in the retail industry using a professional one. This was not difficult at all to put together. If you can put together IKEA furniture, then this is simple. I was skeptical about the amount of water it holds, thought I would have to keep refilling it. I do resale online clothing so when I need it the most, it’s usually me steaming for a couple of hours, so I just keep a pitcher of water next to me and keep filling as I go, never had I ran out of water. It works great! I even bought a “used” one, it was actually brand new, came in its original packaging and Amazon shipped in another box to protect it. I love that I noLonger need an ironing board and a steamer. I don’t have much space to work in so this is perfect. I read the reviews on this on the Rowenta website and it had rave reviews. We’ve always had a Rowenta iron, and the one we have is 20 years old and still working great. I hope this steamer provides me with the long lasting love that our iron has. Also if I just need to steam one item to wear, I just press the on button, go about doing what ever I am doing and when I hear it with a couple minutes I’ll take care of my garment. It automatically shuts off with out use. And the best is you can use regular tap water. The base is extremely sturdy, was a bit heavy, but since it’s the base and the steamer is movable with a handle it doesn’t make any difference. Since it doesn’t hold a large amount of water, the steamer itself would be great for doing curtains or anything you would have to hold it for if you needed to, since it’s pretty light weight. Plus! Rowenta has its own website, so if you want to add on, or replace anything you can. Like the filter, I live in a region of the US that doesn’t have the best water. I also was able to register my steamer with Rowenta in case of anything was to happen. It does come with a brush attachment, I don’t see or didn’t even really look or read for a place on the steamer to store it. But I keep it in my desk. What’s one piece?I primarily bought this specific one because of its brand and the black and gold color, it matches my bedroom attire. But it has really exceeded my expectations. No buttons to figure out what you need it for, I’ve used it on every type of material so far, and no problems. No dripping. Or leaving water spots on my clothing. I’m truly happy I went with this steamer.My personal favorite extra about this steamer is maneuverability! Since I steam for hours at a time I can sit in any chair I want, and I’m able to change the height to my needs, and move the board to different levels very easily.

Had this a little over two years and it suddenly stopped heating up right in the middle of using it! But I did really like it. I don’t know that I would ever buy it again because it had such a short lifespan! You pay that much for something you expect it to last you longer than just over two years. I’ve had cheaper irons last a lot longer than that. I only used distilled water in mine.

This is amazing. The iron is small which makes it perfect to iron shirts and dresses. Powerful enough steam, the tank lasts about 30 minutes constant ironing. Very comfortable position, you can tilt the board and adjust it to your height. Sturdy, easy to move, easy to fold, took me about 10 min to assemble it. Does not take much space. Between ironing I just use it to hang things that need to be ironed. I'm very happy with this purchase, I hope it lasts for years.

Me llego perfecta y funciona muyyyyyy bien es tres en uno, burro de planchar, plancha de vapor vertical y horizontal y aparte la quitas de el burro y la llevas donde quieras, hecha poco vapor al principio asi lo dice el instructivo a la segunda usada ya hecha muy bien
