If You’re Looking for a Calcium supplement, this Seems to Be a Good One
I don’t usually recommend supplements for other people. It is a personal and/or medical decision. In regards to myself, I’ve been very satisfied with this product. It’s included with a regimen of other supplements I take daily. My bones seem to be healthy, since I’ve not yet broken any. So, that’s a plus, at the tender age of 77! I do think most supplements work best when paired with exercise and a healthy diet…

I have been using this product for years. I did not realize Amazon sold it. The price was very close to the GNC price and I did not have to go to their store or pay the shipping price since I am Prime customer.
