These are incredible! I left them in the sun for a few hours then placed one in each of the shoe storage cabinets. They worked within the day to deodorize the cabinets! I read that people are putting them in the room with their cat litter boxes and having success and thought if something works on that it would for sure work on the shoe cabinets. I 100% recommend them!

I used these in my new bedroom furniture to help alleviate the VOCs and offgassing smells. They worked so well that I didn’t even notice any smells at all!

There is a noticeable difference in the air quality of my home even just after an hour of having them up. I’ve been looking for natural and nontoxic ways to eliminate everyday odors and this is it! I docked one star because the metal loops it came with to hang don’t fit around my doorknobs, but this was easily fixed by hanging them with twine instead.

After reading all the reviews that said they didn’t come with the S hooks (as shown in the pic) I decided to add some to by cart.Sure enough, when I opened the package, there were hooks included with these charcoal bags.

Clears air so far will see if it lasts a long time as they say

Very pleased with these bags. I have a litter box in a small laundry room. I keep it clean but there was always the odor of litter -- dusty, almost a dirt smell -- not litter box smell, just the litter itself.I put a large and a small bag out in the sun for two hours, hung them in the laundry room and I could not believe it when about 15 minutes later the odor was gone. I thought my nose was playing tricks on me, but I asked my husband, who has a very sensitive nose, and he confirmed he could smell "nothing." I got up the next morning and went to the laundry room just to make sure and, again, nothing -- and the box needed to be scooped!For the reviews where they said it didn't work, I'm thinking they may not have put them in the sun for 2 hours before using. The bags come with no instructions -- at least my box didn't. Here online it says to recharge every 30 days by placing in the sun for 2 hours. So, if you don't do that right out of the box before hanging them the charcoal probably isn't activated and won't work.I have found that if I close the door to the room it's not quite as effective as it needs air circulation (which it says online, as well).I'm placing them all over my house so we can smell "nothing" everywhere! Great product -- definitely recommend trying!

Was skeptical BUT THEY WORK. Every couple years I buy new ones.
