This worked for me .. have checked many lumbar pillows, support and public reviews but everything doesnโt work for all .. you got to try different pillows and try for a day or two โฆ I always make sure that item is returnable so that I could make a right decision.. It works
It's really good. It may take you a couple of days to feel the benefit but the back pain definitely reduces. It is very easy to turn at night. I also use it during Yoga or any exercise for the core where my back tends to curve and hurt.
