Authentic italian pasta! Its flavor, texture, and versatility make it a staple in the kitchen, whether you’re preparing a hearty dinner or a refreshing pasta salad. This is my fab pasta !
My favorite . Best of garofalo in my opinion. Slippery on your tongue and plump to fill your appetite . Easy to cook but the distinctive presentable beauty is there . You can treat your guests .

Good pasta
I use this when I make proper pesto pasta.. Nice piece of seared salmon, a little salad and some pesto pasta.. Lovely 😋👌🏻

Better than supermarket own brand but not as good as Rummo.

Move over ordinary fusilli!
The best fusilli pasta (shape) you can get. This brand is also very good, albeit a little bit more than your ordinary fusilli, it’s well worth it. It holds sauces really well and is great in hot or cold dishes. I used to get this from the supermarket a few years back when they stocked it, but it seems to have disappeared from their shelves and could never get it from online supermarket shopping. Happy I’ve found a good brand here at least and it’ll probably be a common but irregular order for me and hope that it doesn’t get too pricey. Do I recommend this pasta, ohhhh yes 100%.
