Is it better than gki offensive xx

Not worth as compared to GKI..If you are beginner or intermediate, then go with GKI only... Wakaba series doesn't have enough spin or speed.

Is it better than timo boll 2000?

I believe, the readymade rackets won't offer what you expect actually and what specs they mention in their product description may not actually be felt when you play. I purchased Wakaba 3000 comparing other butterfly rackets and i wasn't much happy with its performance.
