I bought the e.l.f. Halo Glow Setting Powder to set my makeup while keeping a natural, slightly luminous finish, and I’m really impressed with how it performs. The powder is very fine and lightweight, and it sets makeup without making the skin look dry or flat. It gives a subtle glow rather than a completely matte finish, which I really like for a more natural, healthy look. I found that it helps keep my makeup in place throughout the day, especially under the eyes and around the T-zone, without looking cakey. It also blends nicely into the skin and doesn’t sit heavily on top of foundation. One thing to keep in mind is that if you prefer a very matte finish, this might not be the best option, as it does leave a slight sheen. Also, using too much product can make it look a bit powdery, so a light hand works best. Overall, this is a great affordable setting powder that gives a soft-focus, glowing finish while still helping makeup last longer.

A beautiful soft finish. I'm 52 and perfect over Pro Prometics Foundation which is fabulous but leaves a bit too much of a sheen for my liking. This finishes it off perfectly.

Good product, disappointing packaging. My daughter really likes this setting powder and is very happy with the product itself. However, I was quite surprised when I opened it and saw that the container appears to be only around half full. I appreciate that loose powders may need some space in the container, but this seems excessive. The packaging gives the impression that you're getting considerably more product than is actually inside, and it also feels unnecessarily wasteful from an environmental point of view. It's a shame because the powder itself is lovely. I’d much rather see e.l.f. use a smaller container that better reflects the amount of product you're actually buying. Less plastic, less wasted space and clearer expectations for the customer. Good powder — but the oversized packaging really needs rethinking.

I hadn't worn make-up for nearly 10 years when I was looking for some products. I had stumbled on the e.l.f. halo glow liquid, and had been won over by the name and the Amazon reviews. After deciding on the liquid I did a quick search to find any related products that may help and this came up. It looked and sounded fantastic, so I decided on this too. I am so glad I did it is lovely to use - a tiny bit of powder on a brush, lightly dusted over the face - that's it! The finished look did give smooth, clear skin - I was absolutely delighted. e.l.f is Vegan and cruelty free and their products are honest, extremely high quality, easy to use and feel lovely on your skin - I would highly recommend trying this...

It is absolutely the best powder I have ever used. It does take the shine down, but in a very light, almost filter-like way.

Lovely powder. Doesn’t leave the skin overly matte. I think it’s especially good for skin that’s a bit on the dry side. For oily skin it’s not the best I think. Overall great product.

I've been using this, and to be honest, I wouldn't call it the greatest setting powder, but it's a decent option for beginners. The setting powder works well and doesn't cake your makeup; instead, it gives it a smooth finish.
