Green leafy vegetables as stool for reversal of disease
Dr Brooke's personal story of healing and reversal was powerful. The healing protocol of mostly green leafy vegetables is very doable.

Amazing book and an amazing brave woman! I am so honoured to have found this book and Dr. Brooke Goldner! I have only been on her protocol for a full week and have already seen results, symptoms are improving! Ik heb niet zoveel opgestoken bij het lezen van dit boek. Ik zocht naar haalbare, duidelijke recepten, maar het gaat vooral over het leven van de Dr. zelf. weinig interessant.

Wer das Buch liest, versteht was es mit chronischen Erkrankungen bzw. Autoimmunerkrankungen auf sich hat. Ein gut verständliches und auch emotionales Buch. Es ist so einfach, fitter und vitaler zu werden und die Chance darauf, seine Erkrankung mit pflanzlicher Ernährung in den Griff zu bekommen und evtl. sogar sie zu heilen.
