This review is for Wavlink USB 3.0 SSD Enclosure to SATA Hard Drive storage case UASP for 2.5" HDD SSD.I am rating this unit 5 stars.This unit is being used for a WD Blue SSD that I use to expand my Nvidia shield memory for retro gaming.The supplied USB is up to speed @ 3.0 specification.The unit fits perfectly to my SSD and also gives it a little added protection from dust etc whilst looking great.Would I recommend: YesThis unit was sold & delivered by Amazon.I am not a vine reviewer therefore the product in question has been purchased using my own hard earned cash.

I wanted to connect an old laptop drive to my TV. As the drive was potentially faulty I didn't want to spend too much. This enclosure works perfectly. It literally took seconds to install the drive. A decent length cable is supplied so it can sit flat behind the TV. Plugged it in, formatted it and that was it. Very pleased. I may have to cover the blue LED which seems rather bright! Take 1% off my rating for the required piece of tape! :-)

Sheerness? Do they think we're reviewing a body stocking?This little case is exactly the thing for containing backup drives of archive digital material for instance. Powered from the USB hub, there's little that offers the same capacity for the price of a sata drive.

A simple cheaply made slim USB Hard Drive caddy but does the job and comes with a USB data cable.To be honest for the price of around £7 that it sells for from various resellers, I don't expect the quality of a £30+ device so no one can really complain for what they receive for the money.Transfer speed wise I was getting around 400 MB/s from a 2.5" Samsung 840 Pro in this caddy connected via USB 3.0 so not to shabby.

I ordered one of these to place a HD out of an old laptop to retrieve the data off it.It worked perfectly. I gave that to the owner of the laptop and they were made up!I have since ordered another which I use (I had a spare 1tb drive from a laptop which I'd replaced for an SSD)I use that as an external, portable hard drive.

A very good value external drive bay. Very easy to install a 2.5" drive into. Plug into a spare USB port and off you go. Reliable and easy to use.

It has a pleading semi transparent glass appearance. Works a treat. I haven't tested data transfer speed but it seems quick enough for my needs.
