I own a tobacco pipe company and use this product to polish the stems of pipes. Works great.

Seems like it's good quality I've used it a few times while polishing aluminum rims, produces good shine if you know how to use a polishing wheel and a rake

I ordered Tripoli polishing compound because I have used it for Years. The product I received is labeled Tripoli, but it is a Brown metal polishing compound and does not work on the wooden turned items I ordered it for. The Tripoli I typically get is a redish brown, I cannot return this product because I opened it and tried to use it in a typical fashion. It did not work at all, so I am very disappointed in this product and do not know how to order what I need.

if you dont step up for a little more money and by name brand polish than you will definitely notice a difference in performance while polishing.
