Great for calisthenics training
I'd never used rings before, but after 6 months of use I can now recommend these. The caribiners are the way to go, easily and quickly adjustable without having to worry your rings are even. The rings themselves are a decent quality and comfortable. I like the slightly thinner diameter to enhance grip strength.

great quality products, very good price point for what is included. very multifunctional
My kids and I are truly enjoying this product for a myriad of uses and can be adjusted and arranged for many forms of exercise and use on our bars as gymnastics and tools as well. the wood and straps are high quality materials and clips. The handles are as good as I've seen at any well purposed gym.

TRX + Gymnastic rings - so good, I bought two more!
Overview: we decided to invest in some home gym equipment to assist our gym routine during the covid-19 lockdown. We wanted the best calisthenics equipment to keep fit and get strong. We attached these to hooks in our basement but you can look it over a bar, use the attachment to the door or anything else. Pros: High quality Light weight Sturdy Highly adjustable Good quality carabiner clips Vibrant colors Clear numbers Lots of attachments - over the door, bicep curl handle, foot attachment The handles Portable Will last you years Cons: Straps are slightly on the longer side but it’s highly adjustable Slightly on the thinner side Wish the attachments had had carabiners so that it would just clip in, but I will be buying them separately, to make things easier for myself. Bottomline: Love the attachments. Love the quality Love the customer service from the seller! The best of both worlds - TRX and gymnastic rings. If you can’t decider just get this! You cannot go wrong. I bought two more.

Good quality rings, strap system works OK unless you make big length adjustments often
I bought these rings because I wanted numbered straps and wooden rings. The rings are of good quality and sanded smooth. The numbered straps allow you to quickly get both rings to the same target height. The carabiner adjustment system mostly works well for me. I have the straps attached to a pull up bar, and I like that I can detach the rings and tuck away the straps when I am done, saving me from having to attach and detach the straps from the bar. The biggest issue with this system vs. traditional buckles is that extending the straps to full length (e.g. for pushups) then making them very short (e.g. for pullups) requires adjusting both the top and bottom of each strap. If your attachment point is very high like mine then you need to drag out the ladder every time, compared to a buckle where you can easily extend it to full length and bring it up as high as you can reach. However if you don’t need to lengthen/shorten all the way (e.g. dips and pullups) then you only need to adjust the bottom of the strap. The other minor complaint is the hook nose on the carabiner. The straps are big and barely fit inside the carabiner, and the nose gets caught on the strap when you are trying to remove the carabiner. It’s probably a safety feature in case you somehow were to open the carabiner gate while exercising but in practice this is highly unlikely and makes adjusting the straps annoying. If leaving the straps attached to your bar is not important to you, you might consider getting rings with numbered straps but the traditional buckle system as that would be easier to adjust and give you the same level of precision.

Still usable even after rain
These hold up perfectly. Even after leaving them under a mlid rain a couple of times they are still holding up. The rain did expand the layer’s a bit and they’re completely usable. I do chin ups and dips with my whole body weight with no issues.

Great Value!
I've felt like I've researched gymnastics rings to the nth degree with what's on the web before settling on these. I'm always on the search for great value. I feel like the combination of the accessories and the carabiner-style straps put this item at the top of the heap. Rings: Wood is usually recommended unless you need to use it outdoors. These are wood and look similar to any of the other ones out there. The only downside would be you may need to do a little sanding or adding of grip tape, as they aren't butter smooth. But that's about the easiest fix if you don't like it straight out of the box. Straps: Nice and thick, the only downside appears to be they tend to be rough on your skin if you rub against them. Otherwise, they are solid and I'd be more concerned with what you are attaching them to failing than for these to fail. The pockets are double stitched and the numbers are layered on. About the only concern would be these rubbing off in time, but that would happen regardless unless they were stitched or dyed in. Carabiner: These are thick and solid and easy enough to move from pocket to pocket. I really liked this style as opposed to the other clamping style found in most others. Those on the cheaper end have trouble with the Accessories: This is where the extra value comes in. You get 5 accessories to increase the number of workouts you can do. One door jamb, two thick, solid handles and two straps.

Solid and Secure Workout Anywhere
I get super excited anytime I go to a new gym with rings already set up, so when I saw these I didn't hesitate to just get my own. These Olympic rings are awesome. Right out of the box I could tell the set up would be easy. Some of the TRX systems I've used are kind of annoying when trying to get the handle lengths to match, but with these rings, the straps have numbered attachment points for the carabiner so you know exactly how long to make each one. Once they're set up and ready to use, there is no doubt they are secure and you can do any workout you want. Included in the package were a door anchor, handles, and foot straps. If I'm being nitpicky, I was under the impression grip tape was included but it's not the biggest deal in the world to get some on my own. Overall, I am beyond pleased with this purchase and look forward to using these rings all the time.

Suuuuuper Strong ... Suuuuuper Solid ... Suuuuper easy to adjust and set-up. I have never owned a pair of rings before, purely because of how difficult I found the adjusting to be when you're trying to get them exactly equal and leveled [to avoid any sort of minor imbalances] ... I'm sure regular uses and gymnastic veterans do it in a jiffy and would argue that the problem could just be that I am a mentally challenged dingle-berry and should perhaps seek professional help. And you know what? if that WERE the case [which it isn't ... I hope] it would make these even MORE spectacular because I am set up in under a minute whether I'm adjusting for pull ups, low rows, push ups, and whatever other interesting and unnecessary acrobatics I fancy doing during the session. The days of spending 27 minutes to finally arrive at the incorrect length are far behind Me. Again, these are reeeally strong and high quality .. Although I find it important to mention that the wood is a wee bit slippery dippery ... so I tend to chalk up excessively to get a good grip ... [You don't need copious amounts of chalk, I just do it because it makes me feel like a crossfit bunny when I powder up and clap my hands together to create an enormous cloud of dust that I walk through before banging out 2 whole pull ups. Go ahead .. Be that guy ... let them say what they will .. chances are they will be too afraid to mock you because you're someone that uses chalk. therefore you must be a seriously strong and fit athlete. and if you're worried about the part where they see you struggle with just 2 pull ups, just shout "FORTY-SEVEN" on your second rep before collapsing and taking a well-deserved nap. This World is yours for the taking my fellow comrades ... Now Go out there and get some.

These have been a great addition to the home gym. They are very easy to string up, adjust for another exercise, and then remove when done. PROS - So easy to set up, adjust, and take down. - Very solid. - Handles that came with mine and buttery smooth. - Very easy to get exactly even on the two handles. - Great length options, from very short to very long in a couple snaps. CONS - Like all dip rings, you need anti chafe covers if you're doing lots of dips or push-ups. - Pretty trivial, but I don't want to store the extras it comes with since I love the wooden handles. - Would be great if all handles came with a quick attach/remove connection.
