Can extra straps be purchased separately?

That I don’t know. But this product shines in its attachments but it’s straps

how much weight can it hold? If I'm 230 lbs should I be worried, doing dips/pull-ups??

The straps and rings should be fine, it's probably more important to mount it properly.

Are the "numbers" on the straps durable against getting rubbed off? Are they embroidered on?

Numbers are very durable. I don’t see it coming off for 5 years

Without getting a tape measure and measuring it end to end I wouldn’t be able to tell you. But you can use it safely with the straps lengthened out to its furthest point on either end. There is no drama with these straps
