Perfect for cooking 1 or 2 eggs.

I tried frying two eggs in this pan and that does work. But the pan is so small that the thickness of the egg whites took quite a while to cook at low temp (to avoid burning). I decided the pan worked best with one egg, so I ordered another one so I can do two eggs at a time. The pan itself is very light, but the handle are light also, so they will not tip the pan over on the stove, even empty. They are so small I plan to nest them and put them in a drawer instead of hanging them. Because of the comments here, I don't plan to put them in the dishwasher, but they clean easily at the sink. The cooking surface is very non-stick. Oh, and with the gas stove I lighted only the center of the burner to avoid having the heat of the outer ring miss the little pan. Worked fine. You could also center it on the outer edge of the bigger burner ring, as pointed out by other reviewers.

Use medium eggs and it does the job. We use large and XL eggs and find this tiny pan too small.

Yeah, it’s a $10 pan so I wasn’t expecting it to live up to the advertisement and it didn’t disappoint. First off the pan looked like it may have been a returned item due to the torn advertisement wrapper and small scratch in it. But I washed it and gave it the egg test. Heated the pan and did a water droplet heat test. With no oil of any kind I dropped in my egg. Just as it should It started sizzling instantly. I fried the egg on a gas burner at a lot medium heat. While I was able to remove the egg in tact it was actually stuck to the bottom of the pan. This was obviously not a true non-stick pan. However, I was impressed how easy the stuck on egg wiped out of the pan using a dry paper towel followed by a proper cleaning. Since my first failed attempt I now per-heat the pan and use a few drops of cooking oil spread around the bottom and the eggs slid out and onto the plate (just like they should without cooking oil if it was a true non-stick pan as advertised). This pan is also very light. So light that the weight of the handle can cause it to sometimes tip. But I use one of those silicone egg rings so it adds to the pans weight and stays stable even before I drop the egg in. But this could be an issue to some. Again for 10 bucks I guess it’s OK and I keep it cause it’s a lot better then what I was using.

The best two egg flipping pan. Easy to use and clean. Non sticking and fits in kitchen drawer with ease. The weight is good and over all, works really well. Good value for the price and have not had any warping with my glass electric stovetop. Eggs cook evenly.

While I was reading the instructions, I saw it stated that only soft spatulas should be used. In the very next sentence, it said it was made for steel utensils to be used. That was strike one. Went to their website to register product. All it did was loop back to the same landing page. Strike two. Went to Facebook, found their page, and noticed an obvious lack of updating. Many people stated the products they received were poor quality. Looked in Amazon reviews and noticed several people stated the rivet popped out of the pan while they were using it and the coating flaked off. Strike three - it's gone! Returned the item because the description on Amazon made no mention, that I saw, that plastic utensils were preferred and not being able to register the item really made me wonder.

I just bought 2 more of these because they perform every bit as good as promised. I just put a tiny bit of olive oil around the rivet heads for the handle. When I do a couple of easy over eggs, part way through cooking I easily slide my silicone spatula under the eggs while slightly tipping the pan. I flip them over to cook for a bit more. When done I just turn the pan over above my plate and out comes a perfectly round breakfast every time. It's so easy! I worked with ceramics for years. They spray the inside at probably 3700° F or more! These types of pans are impregnated with fine diamond dusts for intensifying the non-stick characteristics. Ceramics such as silicone carbide or aluminum oxide form such molecular bonds that they are totally inert, so NO HARMFUL THINGS WILL LEACH OUT of them into your food! Try this pan! Get some for gifts! You'll really enjoy it. Besides the blue color is so nice!

Se ve de muy buena calidad y el tamaño es adecuado para lo que necesito es un sartén pequeño solo para hacer uno o máximo 2 huevos, el único detalle es que venía golpeado, afortunadamente me contestaron de inmediato y me solucionaron mi problema
