20/10 must have
I've got one kiddo who takes it fine and the other one I have to mix it in with but he despises liquid medicine. We haven't noticed any side effects , definitely works at drying up the drainage and loosening the cough, does not necessarily have a cooling effect from what I've noticed but 10/10 do recommend!

Great for gunk
Works really well for breaking up the gunk. Doesn't taste great, but that can be overlooked for the benefits.

Helps congestion
Pretty much the only cold medicine I use with the kids. This helps with their congestion. Read the ingredients, It does not help with a cough, I end up buying a different specific cough syrup that treats only the cough.

Took some work to get my 4 year old to take. But once he actually took the liquid it did help with congestion. Didn’t taste myself but he said it was nasty but then again he’s very picky. But it’s one of the few medicines approved for younger kids.
