Excellent packaging. I had read the book many years ago, but gave it away because I wanted its message to travel far and wide. This is a well-written and engaging book that draws on Schulze’s own story in building an excellent business in the services industry. It is very practical with lots of fun stories.

Best book on customer service, it can be done but requires everyone on board to achieve it.

It helps you to develope your customers service skills. It improved myself a lot. A must read specially if you work in the hospitality.
