Two questions;1- what is the harvest date and 2-what is the difference between the white label oil and dark green label oil?

Thank you for your interest in the Olio Carli products. The white label is our Extra Virgin Olive Oil which is made from the 1st cold press of the Olives. The Extra Virgin is used more for dipping, making vinaigrettes and light cooking. The dark green label is our Pure Olive Oil which is used more for high temperature cooking such as baking and deep frying.Olio Carli Customer Care

What is the country and region of origin? Are all Carli oils from that region?

From a site: "Over 100 years the Carli family has been crafting one of Italy's favorite Extra Virgin Olive Oils from the first cold pressof the finest olives, picked when they are perfectly ripe and pressed as quickly as possible. First delivered by bicycle bygreat, great grandfather Carli, Olio Carli is now the third largest brand of olive oil in Italy. Today it is delivered by truck directlyto over 700,000 homes in Italy. All it says on the bottle is: Via Garessio, Imperial ItalyI can tell you it is the BEST OIL I HAVE FOUND.

Do the bottles have those special pour spouts?

No they do not but when I ordered six bottles they sent an additional decorative bootle with a pour spout. Very nice! The olive oil is wonderful!

What is the percentage of olive oil by country

I believe this is 100% Italian. When I lived in Italy (1999-2002) the woman I took Italian cooking lessons from used this oil. It is the BEST olive oil I have ever used.
