Has no "sleep" effect
I usually drink a cup of chamomile lavender tea before bed and it helps me fall asleep easier. My usual brand was out of stock and being this is more economical I figured I'd give it a shot but am very disappointed - it has zero calming or soothing effect like the other brand.

I only gave 3 stars because it didn’t help me go to sleep. It tastes and smells great.
