Question 1

Is this kibble soft enough for a toothless cat? I need an alternative to wet food when I go out of town for 2-3 nights. (I have an automatic feeder.)

Accepted Answer

no definitely not with a kitty that doesn't really have any teeth .unless you put a bit of water in it and let it sit for several minutes. it wouldn't be soft enough it might be best to feed your kitty canned cat food would probably be much easier for it to eat.or maybe ask your cats vet what they would suggest.

Question 2

Who is this made by? Where is this made?

Accepted Answer

Quoted from Wikipedia-The Meow Mix Company operates from a 200,000-square-foot (19,000 m2) facility in Decatur, Alabama and produces Alley Cat brand cat food products. Originally a product of Ralston Purina, Meow Mix was divested for antitrust reasons in the early 2000s. The brand was acquired by Del Monte Foods in May, 2006. Their most famous slogan is, “Tastes so good, cats ask for it by name.” The company was acquired by Cypress Group, a New York-based private equity firm in a $425 million leveraged buyout in 2003. Three years later, Del Monte Foods acquired the company for $705 million.12 The company had also been owned by J.W. Childs Associates which acquired the business in 2001 for $160 million. On March 23, 2015, parent company Big Heart Pet Brands was acquired by The J.M. Smucker Company.3https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meow_Mix

Question 3

How do i track this delivery through fed ex if i do not have a tracking number? i

Accepted Answer

If you find out, please let me know. Amazon contacted the seller for me and they still have not responded. I bought the cat food for a young man who was down on his luck and asked if anyone could buy him cat food. He wants to know when it will be shipped because he is afraid it will be stolen. I believe Amazon has to protect customers from sellers like this, no response is a seller who doesn't care.
