Looks clumped up .. non returnable Hope it is useable Will wait to open it …it says money back guarantee…, very big bottle of spice Did not expect this much .. chicken and chickpeas…Chili for weeks to come

Safety seal was broken
The internal tamper-resistant seal on the container was sitting loose beneath the plastic lid, which wasn't tightened, so one has to assume the content has either been tampered with or is contaminated. A second container of the same product had the same problem; probably a manufacturing flaw. (Packages of other spices made by Watkins were properly sealed.) Amazon was great about replacing the original and providing a refund for the damaged items.

Product arrived with broken seal. Cannot return even though the product description fraudulently states "if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement."
