All in all, it's a pretty good bang for your buck multivitamin. Minimalist packaging, no corny false gimmicks or claims, they go down easy and are not big compared to other multi's out there. In regards to aftertaste, I will preface by saying that I take many other supplements daily with this multivitamin, and I have a tendency to swallow some air when I consume my supplements: There is a bit of an aftertaste or scent if you do burp within about an hour after taking them. It's not unpleasant, it tastes just as you'd expect, nothing washing down with a little water doesn't fix.

So I think this is a great product all their vitamins and minerals are extracted from plants. And it's perfectly formulated for my body. Since I've been taking these men's multivitamins I've been a lot more energetic been able to accomplish a lot more a general overall better feeling of well-being p these vitamins

I am not a consistent multi vitamin taker, though I take other supplements. Multi's usually do nothing for me, except go through me. A trip to the bathroom usually proves the rate of absorption is nil. That all changed once I tried the Sappling Multi. They were easy to swallow, gave me a noticeable boost in energy and didn't show up in my stool. This is a great product that I will make a part of my daily routine.

It was great knowing that everything in the pill was organic. Knowing that the stuff going inside me is what I need. There not a lot of pills like this that is out there.

The capsules weren't too big, pretty easy to swallow and there was no taste or anything. 2 per day isn't a bad thing but I mostly ended up only doing 1 per day due to forgetting to take the second. I didn't feel any ill effects. The additional nutrition sources in the supplement are pretty good from what I researched.

I have been taking the Sapling multivitamin for almost two months. The pills are easy to swallow with very little taste. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a multivitamin that includes super greens, adaptogens, fruits, and vegetables. I have felt better overall in the last month and attribute that to the Sapling.

I'm not sure why you can taste these capsules, but you can, and it's not pleasant. There are many other multivitamins on the market that don't have this negative side effect, so for me that's a deal breaker.
