Decent temporary relief.
I have used many various creams/ roll ons. This product is helpful in ways that so many are not. It's better!!! I wish I could simply pick it up in the store vs shipping.

I have tried everything on my arm for muscles and joints and this is one of the best gels! Don’t waster your money on all the other gels

over all a decent item
i have tried all three versions of this the Medline ActivICE Topical Pain Reliever Roll On and the Medline ActivICE Spray and now this one the Medline ActivICE Topical Pain Reliever Gel and i have to say they do help. for minor pains i think the spray works the best followed by the gel . I have heard some people talk about this helping with severe back pains i do not agree with that but it does help with minor pains well i would recommend this to others i am sure it will help some more than others but i do be leave this is a good product that can help at least to some degree. With that said i will be buying more myself as long as the price does not change to much.

I have a job where I do the repetitive use of my hands, especially my right hand and apparently I suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome, from the symptoms I say, this product is wonderful, I have already bought it 3 times, it has been a great Help for my pain, numbness, swollen hand sensation, terrible, I did not sleep with the pain and now every time I need it I use it before going to sleep, and I also wear special gloves for arthritis type and all this type of pain. Which are also of great help, in short I recommend it 100% it will change their life. at least he did it with me, thanks.

Ice gel
Was suggested by his chiropractor and love to switch between our other cream which feels like fire, so when he wants it put on we say which one "fire" or "ice"
