Is this still OU kosher symbol certified?

I have bought these a dozen times (850 ct box of "8 Assorted Fruit Flavors" and while it may not say so on the box, the Dubble Bubble card inside most definitely has, in the lower right corner, the OU symbol. There is no notation about meat, milk or parve, but the ingredients say "Milk and soy may be present."

This particular box is not individually wrapped. This is the 1" bulk gumballs that you would find in a commercial machine.

Do the gum balls come in the box thats on the picture?

No. The box is the same size but not full color graphics any longer.
