How do you clean this item to keep it safe and hygenic?

The key is to squeeze the fluid, and while the bulb is still collapsed, remove it . Nothing can enter the bulb using this method. Simply clean the tip with hot soapy water and dry thoroughly.

Does it come apart for cleaning?

The top nozzle may be removed for cleaning and filling the bulb with liquid

Is the packaging discreet? I live with family and don't want them to know what it is and who it came from...
