I loooooove this brand! Value for money is sort of there- I wish they weren’t as expensive, especially when compared to other products. But the potency is there- so maybe it is a good price for quality. The pill size is manageable. It’s easy to use - just swallow vitamin haha. Started this honestly, 2 days ago and I find it effective. It makes me feel a sense of calmness. I take it in the evening around 6 pm with food. It seems to be working by 7:30 /8pm when I lay down and unwind. This review just let me know I am almost. 30 years old😂 in bed by 8pm. Oh jeez! Definitely recommend these and the brand!

The best magnesium supplement I’ve ever taken. It helps me go off in the morning as well which I tend to have trouble in the past with. I’ve improved my diet but with the use of this I’ve seen a tremendous improvement. I highly recommend

I’m acutely in shock by this product. I’m a 72 yr old man that owned a metal fabricating company. Everything we touched or moved weighed several pounds . It was like working in a gym all day. I wound up with several aches and pains. I started taking this magnesium and after about three weeks most of my aches and pains are gone. I can’t believe it but it’s true. It works.

Started taking this a few weeks ago and already can notice a difference in my sleep. I’ve gone through menopause and need some sleep aid but don’t want to get addicted to meds. These have definitely helped get to sleep quicker. It helps me feel a little calmer. Highly recommend! They are also easy to swallow.

These are miracle tablets!! I was waking up several times during the night with muscle cramps all over my body and these have taken care of the issues. I made the mistake of not taking them a couple of days and bam the cramps came back. Won’t be making that mistake again!!
