So I want to first address negative reviews by saying that this product might not be helpful for everyone.. but that doesn’t mean it won’t be helpful to you. There is just not one diet or supplement that fits all! Certain vitamins and herbs are not necessary for one but might be for another, so consider that while deciding whether or not to is product might be for you. I am someone who is overweight and struggling with body odor postpartum and needing to revitalize myself and improve my gut health, so I decided to try this and I don’t regret it at all. Actually, I found out that my aunt and uncle have been using this for years and they are extremely healthy, if not the healthiest folks in our family and they are close to being in their 60s. They’re out there helping with natural disasters in other states, living very active lives, and they are missionaries as well so they travel and are exposed to many different elements and atmospheres. Good health is vital! So I was super excited to receive this. And not only is it full of all the vitamins, minerals, herbs, pro/prebiotics and more that I need, but apparently it’s pineapple flavored.. say less. So! I was afraid to try it thinking that I would have explosive diarrhea or something but it hasn’t done that to me not one time. I tried it on its own with cold water and it was totally palatable! I’m kind of addicted to sugar too and it had a pleasant sweetness. I waited another day to try it again just to get my body a bit acclimated and honestly I feel like I didn’t even need to do that. It didn’t even give me gas or change my bowel movements as much as I thought it would. But that doesn’t mean it doesn’t work. For example, I tried it on the go today while my husband drove in a long car ride and my AG1 drink was the only thing I would be having in my stomach for a while so I could see how well it worked. I had zero stomach upset and there was a moment where I felt a calmness come over me. I think it was the stress relieving adaptogens. I felt great. Did a quick Costco run and everything without having any bowel or stomach issues. And personally, I have figured out that I like to take a small container of coconut water and use that as the base for the drink and then I actually have a pineapple flavored liquid supplement that I add too and a couple drops of monk fruit sweetener. I drink it as fast as possible so it doesn’t get warm. It’s not that good warm. So yea! The one crazy thing that happened, which I think is a part of the detoxing process, is that my ph was thrown off. I think it had to do with my lymphatic system. I’ve been working on it. There was no other possible explanation. It’s still happening but at the same time, I’m feeling better, not as bloated, and not craving sugar like I normally do. I truly think this stuff is working. I also personally think that it should be a part of one’s daily routine ideally, but the price is absolutely way too steep for me to buy monthly. It is definitely packed with high quality ingredients tho, and I know that because I’ve studied them and I am really receptive and sensitive to changes in my body. I would absolutely consider repurchasing should they have a decent sale and I have nothing but positive things to say. It’s helping me become a healthier version of myself. Like, if you need a good kickstart on your health or weight loss journey, I think you should give this a try 100%. And this is coming from a very picky, critical person when it comes to food and any type of supplements. I don’t even do greens! But now I think they’re necessary. I forgot to add that it has improved my inflammation and skin tone.

This stuff is a miracle!! My brother recommended it to me and I am amazed by how great I feel! I have been dealing with exhaustion for months now. I'm a tax manager so I thought it was the busy season and chalked it up to getting older and not being able to keep up with the new kids. Every day around 2pm I could barely keep my eyes open. No matter how much I slept the night before, how many cups of coffee or energy drinks I had, I was just done by 2pm. I was taking vitamins and other supplements and nothing seemed to work. I was going the medical route and getting my hormone levels checked and all that because I was just so confused on what changed so fast. I eat pretty clean and even gave up sugar in January. The first day drinking this, it was like a switch flipped. I stayed focused at work all day and didnt even realize until after 5pm that my day was over. I wasnt tired at all and even had energy to deep clean a couple of things after dinner instead of going straight to bed. It doesnt taste bad. There is worse out there! I add 14oz of water instead of 12oz like the directions say. The bottle is great and super easy to clean. The powder dissolves great, but I do shake it up before each time I sip it. It does tend to settle in the bottom. I have been drinking this every morning for the past week now and I feel amazing!! I dont need coffee or energy drinks anymore. I have energy again and can focus better at work and I no longer get that 2pm crash. I feel like a whole new person! I have even gotten back to my peloton rides again! Hopefully I can put this on autoship because I will be drinking this every single day from here on out!! It has changed so much for me in just one week!

I recently enrolled in the 7-day trial and was genuinely impressed by the positive impact on my energy levels and overall focus, particularly at work. As a 52-year-old, I’ve noticed a renewed sense of vitality and productivity. While the cost is somewhat higher, I find the benefits well justified and am confident in my decision to subscribe for the monthly plan. I am highly satisfied and look forward to continuing this product as a long-term solution.

Is it worth it??? I wanted to add some supplements to my intermittent fasting - I am vegan and eat whole foods not the non meat processed stuff, so I would say my diet is pretty healthy. While I add most of the ingredients in this to my smoothies - there is periods where I think additional supplements would help ( specifically when I do smoothie only periods for one week to cause my calorie deficiencies ) This isn't a common scenario I would imagine. In my research the levels of the ingredients on the product alone are not at the point where it matches the benefits they claim - but I have most of these ingredients in diet or another supplement so this is an addition. As far as taste - I have no issue with greens and would say this tasteslike a water with a splash of slight greens. The artificial sugar isn't too forward and I can down this in a couple minutes. I definitely do not get pineapple or any fruit notes. Giving fake vanilla smell. Over all not bad - but I do also throw beets and spinach in my smoothies so I don't have issues with grassy earthy tones. Mixes easily and does seem to get darker as it sits. So my main issue with this is for the price the greens pouch is small - the bottle I wish it was metal or better yet glass - they spend $$ on a metal cap - make the bottle a better material. For the price you can probably go directly and buy a bundle with more items - but if like me I just wanted to try it without commitment. But I should have - done more research. Overall yet to be determined if it's working - I don't tend to have food allergies - So I will update once 30 days in. Also keep in mind this needs to be refrigerated once opened. Over all you decide if it is worth it for you. They are health benefits of the ingredients TBD in the quantity to be beneficial alone. So try it and see how it goes - Maybe an expensive experiment but short of bad allergies it might prove helpful - will it help a crappy diet - not so sure.

This gives me a real energy boost. I add a little lemon juice to my drink and it is easy to drink. I’m enjoying this drink.

The taste is totally subjective but for myself I could not get this drink down. The worst taste and the smell was also sickening. Had to throw the remaining product away.

Given it’s as expensive as it is for a supplement, it tries to be premium in feel and packaging. The scoop and bottle are nice , though the coated steel parts can only be hand washed. No issue there. But then the company cheaps out and ruins the whole day zero unboxing by having used a cheap paper sticker on the bottom of the plastic shaker. The kind that just comes off in tiny fragments no matter what you do be use the adhesive is 5x as strong as the thin paper. So you get to use goo gone or other solvents to remove the stupid label be use the company didn’t spring for a 3 cent more expensive synthetic label the can be pulled off on one piece. Why is there even a label on the bottle? The thing is sold in a box that has labels on it. Now the poor Literature. It comes with a booklet that is all marketing info. I’ve already purchased the damn thing. I don’t want to hear about the company ambitions and philosophy. What I could use is at least ONE page of clear and simple instructions. But there are zero in the literature. Nothing. No info on how much water to fill in the bottle. What temp water may be ideal. How long to shake or stir. Who knows. That, is partly on the pouch of powder in small print. Lord help you if you’re older than 30 and need glasses. But in the printer matter? Noting. You can throw all of the printed stuff right into the recycling. Now when you do find the material instructions on the pouch - chuckle because they may well be wrong. The pouch says one scoop (12g). While the booklet had a whole page on them having redesigned the scoop to change it from 12 to 13g as that’s the new amount needed. So the pouch is wrong I or we are getting ripped off. Because the pouch says it contains 360g of product. That is 30 days at 12g/day. At 13g that gets you 27 days of use. Not enough for a month. I checked with their support and it gets more bizarre. There are two (2) versions of the product. In 2024 they introduced the “next gen” variant which is the 13g per dose , 390g per pouch variety. Separate product that looks almost the same. And both are sold on Amazon - most of them are the original formula , some are the next-gen formula. And in this pack you get the original formula and spoon, but the literature tells you they are using a 13g scoop and dose now, which just isn’t true. Try to be premium and fail at such basics doesn’t bode well. Once I’ve tasted and used the product for a few weeks I’ll report back on the taste and effect.

Great product. The taste is easy to tolerate especially because I tend to be sensitive to nasty drinks. I can chug this or sip it without issue. Not thick and grainy. Gives me instant energy and focus. The shaker cup is quality. Thick plastic and heavy secure top. Even the scooper is metal. The packaging is high quality. If they did lower quality on packaging the price could go down drastically. It even comes in a high quality box. All that is not needed. But the powder is definitely worth the experience. I tend to use just water. I like to use a lukewarm water over cold. Just easier to drink.

Much too expensive. Especially compared to Website price and other countries, the price is ridiculous. The product is very good, but the price is no longer reasonable, will support local products next time.

First taste is ok but then feels heavy and doesn't sit right in the stomach. Very disappointing, so much money it is getting binned.
