Are the clips able to move horizontally on the road?

The hangers I ordered did not have clips so I really don’t know

Can these handle a pair of pants and a shirt at the same time? I would like to make outfits for work my clothes are on the heavier side since I'm +siz

Yes, they can handle both together.

Do these hangers have a hook so they can be tiered?

No but clothes stick to the velvet so they do not slip at all
