I’m really happy with this adapter. It worked straight out of the box with my Windows 11 laptop, with no need to install any drivers, which was a pleasant surprise. I was initially sceptical that USB could reliably drive an HDMI display, but it works perfectly. I’m using it with a Lenovo laptop running Windows 11 and two 21.5-inch Acer 1080p monitors, and it extends the displays perfectly with no issues. A great solution if you need to add extra screens without any complicated setup.

I bought this after finding a YouTube video about the best type of extender to use. I have purchased a new desktop system and could not get my second monitor to link with it. This Orei splitter/extender worked as soon as I plugged it in, even though I was skeptical about it. This was only straightforward thing to happen when setting up my new desktop. Would recommend this and make sure you get the Split/Extend device if you wish to use different information on different screens.

A sleek yet versatile hdmi splitter that is a great addition for any laptop and monitor set up. The ability to switch between USB-A and USB-C allows for a lot of flexibility, especially if your looking to connect other devices to your laptop such as a wireless dongle or an adapter. A few things that hold it back is the fact that it will display to one monitor in 4K, and another in 1080p - which is something I find is quite common with OREI products available in the UK. People should also be aware that you are required to download software to your main laptop in order to use this. It's pretty common practice, especially on higher quality ones, but I can imagine there's a lot of people who may not be aware of that. The connection to the actual laptop is rather short, so if you have the laptop raised it is always sitting in an upwards angle. It's definitely best used when the laptop is sitting flat on the desk, or the splitter is at least sitting on a shelf. But it gets the job done, extending your laptop display to two additional monitors instead of mirroring them. OREI has always been a decent provider of HDMI related products, and the SplitExtend is yet another quality product from them.

Really good, easy and quick to use, and does the job as intended. Bit pricey, but I tried a lot of cheaper alternatives that did not work, so if you want something that works it’s worth the investment. It’s small so doesn’t take a lot of space. I connected two monitors to a laptop so it’s the best solution if your monitors don’t have a display port.

Fantastic, did exactly what I wanted so set up multiple screens fed from my laptop USB port. I had not expected it to be this good or so easy to set up. Delighted and recommend the product.

works great with a windows laptop but it doesn’t work with Mac. I didn’t have to download any drivers for windows it just worked. But when i use it on a Mac it simply doesn’t work. I am trying to download the drivers but url is unreachable.

Works well to an extent but the screens keep resetting and lose drops to one screen then resets again and puts back on split screens but now happens consistently

I’ve been finding a splitter for my streams since my monitor only has 1 HDMI port and this works amazing! I plugged in my ps 4 into the input and split the output to my monitor + laptop for OBS and it works amazing!!!

Je l'ai acheté afin de pouvoir capturer des images de ma PS3 avec un Elgato Game Capture 4K X, cette dernière ayant une sécurité HDCP, la capture est "impossible" mais ce boîtier fonctionne bel et bien afin de contourner cette sécurité et filmer son écran PS3
