Does it come with insulator sleeve?

Mine came with one 4 years ago, but I never use it. If you let the CO2 out slowly, it doesn't get cold. And if you ride tubeless tires, you should let it out slowly.

A 16g CO2 cartridge is mentioned. Will it take a 20g or 25g threaded? 16g is meek for my 700x35s.

Could someone please explain how the spare o-ring is a replacement for the original? It is much smaller than the one installed.
