Does this work for the cardiology IV?

Yes. All current Littmann stethoscopes (with the exception of electronic models) have similar components. The Cardiology IV has a 1.3 inch (3.3 cm) bell and a 1.7 inch (4.3 cm) chestpiece. The Classic III, which I purchased, has identical dimensions. Both share the same double-sided turnable diaphragms, such as this replacement kit contains.

Will this fit cardiology model 3 purchased around 2003?
